01. The games are just games.
There is no entry fee, wagering, cash-out or purchase facility. Coins and scores are fictional counters, not money, property or redeemable rewards. Game results do not entitle anyone to a prize.
Use the website for casual entertainment. You can stop a round at any time. Game scores and saved favourites can be lost when you close a tab, change your storage choice, clear your data or use another device.
02. Know what is available.
Only titles labelled “Ready to play” are live games. “In development” pages describe ideas that may change or may not be released. Saving a concept does not create a reservation, purchase or promise of access.
The catalogue may be changed, expanded or taken offline for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted access or compatibility with every browser, device or hosting configuration.
03. Keep the conversation useful.
Comments must relate to the game. Do not submit abuse, unlawful material, impersonation, private information, unsolicited advertising or attempts to interfere with the service. Your display name and message can be public; choose them with that in mind.
By submitting a comment, you allow it to be displayed as part of the game’s discussion. You remain responsible for what you write. We may remove or limit contributions that break these rules. One browser can update its own rating and comment, but ratings are not independently verified opinions.
04. Use the site as intended.
Do not scrape or disrupt the service at a rate that interferes with other visitors, manipulate community ratings, bypass submission limits, introduce malicious code or attempt to access data that is not yours.
Playing here does not transfer ownership of the website’s code, artwork, game names or branding. Third-party components, where identified, retain their own licence terms.
05. Ask when something is unclear.
Questions, fault reports and concerns about public comments can be sent to [email protected]. Include the relevant game or page and a short description of the problem.
These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. They describe the current website and its free features, not a paid subscription or financial service.
